Soo I need to vent. Today, I get a call from my college counselor and a mental health officer at my school. (School has not started back yet of course and won't until august) asking if I am okay. Of course, I keep my true thoughts hidden because I know how people can be about being super eager to lock up a suicidal person to make a quick profit, but also because I haven't shared much of my plans to anyone, however I did have a failed attempt last year at school. Anyways, they call me asking if I'm okay and if I'm going to off my self which of course I tell them no and I ask them why they asked. They said a girl reported that I posted on social media today (Facebook to be exact) that I wanted to off myself. This of course isn't true while I do want to kill myself, I'm not stupid enough to post it on the internet. I tell them both that this is a huge lie, and I was able to figure out who decided to make up this lie. It was a girl that I knew, who happens to be an avid pro lifer and christian, as well as an outright egotistical bitch. She has actually pushed me to be involved with her church group when I did have a failed attempt in the past and stupidly I allowed her to involve me. She is OBSESSED with suicidal people and boasts about how she saves them and she quite literally gets off on it. I won't say how I found out it was her, but I'm very resourceful and smart when it comes to finding out things…. I'm assuming she hasn't had her "fix" in a while in terms of harassing suicidal people into letting her save them so she can get praise, so she decided to circle back to me.
After already knowing for sure it was her I reached out to her and told her to shove her pro life christian savior complex up her ass, and that she needs to leave mentally ill people alone. She then says "I care about you! I did it because I care about you!" And I'm like, so you lied…. To a counselor… AND A COP…. Telling them I posted that on Facebook today…. Because you care?
As a suicidal person I'm getting very tired of people wanting to market, capitalize, and benefit off of our suffering. It's truly disgusting how humans will use another persons pain to paint themselves in a better light. I told her she needs to find a new victim to groom for her disgusting church cult, and stop coming after me. I say this because this isn't the first time something like this has happened, and it angers me.
