  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

I was sitting in a so called old friends house the the other day. We were celebrating his birthday a little earlier, I bought him a nice meal, some drinks and a couple of Ps4 games. All was fine until we came back to his house and he changed. He started getting really moody, pacing up and down all the time and smoking (he knows I have bad lungs) one cigarette after another. We had a bottle of gin along with various wines and stuff, so all that didn't help. So, he started arguing to me about not being quiet, even though he was blasting the music really loud. Then we had this strange argument and he kept telling me to leave his house, and when I did he dragged me back inside. Saying that I am too loud out there or he was worried that I wouldn't shut the gate quietly enough. I ended up just crashing out on his big uncomfortable sofa and woke up with the most depressing hangover of my life. I apologised for my part to play in night going sour and he just kept lecturing me over and over. It was a Saturday night and I hadn't been over to his house for close to a year. His demeanour has hardened a lot since then. I know he was always a bit messed up, but I don't even feel like I am speaking to the same person anymore. Anyway, I told him that I was sorry and that I wouldn't be back and now I have blocked him from my phone. We both don't need each other in our lives. One thing that did stick out for me was when he said I was a nothing, I will always be one and I was a weirdo. That hurt. 😢 Oh, well. It is just another thing that will hurry me up to catch that bus.

Some people really can be so cruel, it's one of the reasons as to why I would prefer to avoid people. Other people can often just make things worse and there is already enough suffering in the world without people creating more. I'm sorry that you had to go through this.

Very sorry you went through that awful treatment. We're talking animals and we go nuts on each other sometimes
