Method I Had A Strange Revelation About CTB via Freezing

It came to me in a dream last night. I know people sharing their dreams is never as interesting to the listener as it is the dreamer, so I'll keep it brief as possible. I dreamt of the leader of a rather.... interesting Church I once belonged to. Coincidentally, it's his birthday today. It was a vivid dream where I got on my knees and begged him for a merciful death, and he agreed to grant me one. He teleported me to this icy, glacial area with a pier. There was a line of people on the pier, all there to CTB as well, and two people in black cloaks one by one ritualistically throwing them off the pier into the icy waters below.

He ushered me into the line and told me this: "This is a secret place where I send people who desire suicide. I will tell you another secret: You will freeze in the water before you drown, and freezing is a very peaceful death." The dream ended with me being thrown into the icy water.

I was so intrigued by this dream, I actually looked up if freezing to death is peaceful (I thought it was the exact opposite) - and... apparently my dream has credence to it. There are many people who report death by hypothermia is serene, peaceful, even blissful.

So if this CTB method wasn't on your radar (it wasn't on mine until I had this dream last night), perhaps it's worth considering. I know there are people here willing and able to travel long distances to secure a good CTB method - something about a pilgrimage to the Artic to die sounds downright romantic. It's unfortunate the Antarctic isn't a readily available travel destination - you could CTB via hypothermia within minutes over there! Either way - depending on your location on the globe, you may have varying degrees of access to an extremely cold place, which could be a peaceful way out of this Prison Planet.

this has some truth to it! Hypothermia can be achieved at many temperatures, you don't even need it to be freezing. People often don't think of this because they imagine its gonna be freezing cold, however you can just have fairly cold water and youll pass out in 20ish minutes (depending on temperature and a couple factors about your body). I can't use this method for several reasons personally, however i see this as one of the most accessible methods possible.

You don't necessarily travel to the arctic, wintertime and a lake somewhere in central Europe or northern USA should totally suffice as liquid water can't get colder than 0°C, no matter where on the planet.

Just take care of being found, in cold water your body will be preserved and resurrection can be successful after a longer period of time after dying.

This is very true! The water should be fairly cold, and honestly it doesn't need to involve TOO much discomfort. Some temperatures can take hours for you to pass out and die though, so I recommend having a good, low temperature body of water if you will go with this method.

This is a graph which I have seen in several threads. While this is obviously in perfect circumstances, this still provides pretty good information! I recommend anything below 15C or 50F. I also recommend above 5C otherwise you will experience discomfort
I will say, this method requires a lot of self control to not simply get up and end the attempt.
