i had a dream i died, and it was both beautiful and nerve wracking.., i believe wholeheartedly that when you die you are taken to a place that isn't heaven nor hell but it's your own sort of imaginative paradise. i was alone but i was happy, it felt like i was trapped in time. all the chaos that preceded me ceased to exist and i just watched it all unfold. i was almost in sort of a vibrant forest with glowing plants and fairies and it was beautiful. the only upsetting part was knowing how upset my dad was by my death, but thats not something i could totally help.

That sounds like a really nice dream, especially the "trapped in time" part.

yea i think that was the only part that really got me.., like imagine you died in the 80s for example and then everything that happened after that you had no idea or knowledge of it happening cause youre just in that place, permanently stuck. its a weird feeling

i had a similar dream but i didnt die fully, i was just at the edge of it. i wish i died fully so i could've experienced it instead of what my brain assumes getting shot in the head feels like, at least it knocked the fear outta me so i was too confused for it to end up leaning into nightmare territory fully. how you describe your dream is kinda how i imagine death to be, you're in your own personal "heaven" it's not the usual stereotype. that's what i hope for from an afterlife

it honestly wasn't scary, it was like my own personal paradise. that dream and accidentally overdosing while tripping on dxm were the two things that really helped me brace myself and not be scared of death. i hope you can completely get over the fear and stigma around death. its a beautiful thing and it will be exactly how we all imagine it im sure. peaceful and quiet <3
