Venting I got banned (temporarily) off reddit for speaking out about how India and 3rd world countries treat their women i'm so done

So uh controversial topic, I don't usually talk about politics and stuff but this genuinely pissed me off. Literally 2 minutes after I made that comment I got banned despite there being posts and comments in that subreddit mentioning it. Idk maybe they target me cause they don't like me or something. This reminded me that I should stay off reddit, it's not worth it lmao

Reddit's been going downhill lately. Or maybe it's always sucked, IDK. I got permabanned from my favorite sub a few months ago for posting cringe once + criticizing the mods in another sub so I just deleted my whole account. I figure any reason not to use that hellsite is a good reason

I avoid discussing serious topics on reddit because the sheer amount of stupidity and hypocrisy within the community is unreal

I keep getting horrible stuff pop up in my home screen and I can't help but look at the comments. I should leave their subreddit but i have this morbid curiosity keeping me from doing so

I stick around for the information i won't find in other websites. If I have a very specific question I can't find anywhere else reddit is the first place i go. Honestly though, I find more misogyny in youtube than anywhere else which is kind of ironic. Like I'll be watching a funny video and when I look at the comments I see a bunch of misogynist comments, so that's nice /s :)
