I get so bored I scream.

I'm wondering if this happens to anyone else, or if it is just me. Please tell me if you know any solutions, most of the time it's when I can't leave the house or am in a place where I'm stuck (like a mental hospital).

I'm perpetually bored. I'm bored all the time. I'm always looking for my next dopamine hit. The solution to my boredom is to chase dopamine

I hear you man. Since not being able to feel any joy or pleasure I feel perpetually bored.
