Couldntthinkofaname, I relate to what you said SO HARD. Especially tonight. Just can't get enough attention/validation/love, and want it now. And, that need for instant gratification is effing up my whole life: hard to build a career, financial stability, keep a partner. I'm so sick of it. You distilled the issue down to its truest form--the dopamine rush. Gosh, I wish I had some patience.
