The PPH says that the 50mL bottles in Peru have a concentration of 3.25gm in each bottle. A reliably lethal does is at least 10gm according to Philip Nitschke. So it looks like he would of had to buy at least 3 bottles.

You really need to be careful with the dosing on this shit or you may just be in a coma for a week or be discovered and resuscitated.

Regarding the Peruvian bottles: the concentration is the same as in Mexican ones, 65mg/mg,only the net liquid is different 50 vs. 100ml bottles.
Regarding the dose used by AS/VE clinics/countries: they didn't increased the dose because they had problems but because a larger dose is a bit faster so family/relatives/friends don't have to wait&witness 1 hour or more.
Most, if not all, right-to-die authors suggest 6g are reliable lethal providing no early discovery and medical intervention.

Three would probably work but since a reliable dose is 10gm, 4 would be best. The PPH says its 3.25gm per 50ml bottle in Peru, so yes, i would drink 4 of those for a total of 13gm.

The concentration is 65mg/ml multiplied with 50ml means the amount of N in one 50ml bottle is 3.25g (3250mg).

I think mostly that's it, the problems I've seen quoted are usually that it just takes certain outliers a long time to die. Increasing the dose probably brings those in.

The only real problem I've seen is degradation. While liquid pento is pretty stable, odds are many people are going to wait a while after acquisition and possibly have to repackage the liquid into different bottles to smuggle.

A higher dose of 4 bottles seems to me to be a lot more reliable in that regards to head off any decrease in potency.

Yep, 13gm is a nice buffer to make sure nothing goes wrong. The Swiss use 15gm even though they have access to pure N powder.

Indeed, in this regard, it's more reliable to use the equivalent of 10g or more (13g either with 2 Mexican or 4 Peruvian bottles). When it was available by mail order from Mexico, people usually bought 2 bottles anyway...

May I ask what you mean by "third stop"? As in—you've already visited two other countries without success? If that's the case, I'm guessing you speak fluent Spanish and started somewhere in LA? (Latin America, Not Los Angeles, of course)

I suppose what I'm really asking, in a roundabout way, is whether someone who has the means but not the language skills has any shot whatsoever.

I wish it wasn't so difficult to decide it's time to go and to do so in a dignified way.

It is different story when he is a farm owner and obviously there is not a dead body in nearest hotel. The problems for a supplier starts when police will find dead foreigner in hotel. All bottles got serial numbers, by that numbers they can easly find who was last in possesion of those bottles. If it was agrovet shop then it is huge problem for oerson who sold it. That is why it is so important to rip labels off before CTB.

Cusco is a bad place to look for that. Smaller cities are better.

Actually He is correct. Obviously by posting an exact location or phone number You are basicly making source unavailable anymore. You have to understand that this site is constantly being observed by authorities. Beside making source unavailable you are creating a HUGE danger for a source. It is classified as drug class A if police in Peru will find out that seller sold it with knowledge that a foreigner will CTB then he is facing murder charges. It is South America people!!!!!!!! There is no sentemced orders, no community orders, no rich lawyers, there is only hard prison where you will die. So this is what you doing by posting a source. This seller is probably already in prison and his family is without money to live. Those oeople are making huge risk be selling it because they are poor, but you still got issues that is too expensive.....

It sucks for the seller and many more and maybe he/she could have sold it for a bit longer if it was not posted here or elsewhere in the internet.

I dont have issues with prices or anything, I bet the prices are very fair for the danger the seller puts himself in and I bet there are many sources this forum has never heard about and I hope they stay for longer and keep themselves safe.

I agree, PPH book is very far from real sources, but it gives some overall knowledge. The rest depends from money, determination and time. And a little bit of luck of course.

Which ones? Are there documented cities that have worked for others? Im thinking of going to Peru or Bolivia sometime but need to be as sure as possible before heading there.

There's not going to be any certainty. You either need an arranged contact ahead of time or need a large budget to spend a lot of time in smaller cities going from source to possible source.

You will also likely need to push into areas of cities that may be riskier/unsafe to be in.

If there were documented cities they would of fallen to the same fate as Lima and Cusco, where the sale has been cracked down upon.

Just research smaller tourist cities that regular travelers go to.
