Just been to the street Tres Cruces de oro like it's written in the pphb. Most shops turned me down. Found N for very high price at a shop there, when I almost finished the street.
The guy that sold it asked for 1200 soles (320 dollars).
He went out of the shop somewhere to get it, it wasn't in the shop itself.
It's over the counter 100%

Found a way to easily open them. I had to go to a drugstore and buy some special scissors.

It's good to know it can still be gotten (but just barely, it was at the end of the street!) if you're able to make the trip. Even at that price it's a steal. When it was available for MAID in the United States (probably at least 5 years ago) it was approaching $3,000.

Going there soon, as per the PPH in Peru they only sell 50 ml bottles (so I guess I will need to buy three bottles)? How many did you purchase for the $320?

That method is my dream. N alongside with cyanide is truly the gold standard for CTB. It's so peaceful and quick-acting, relief coming immediately.

intravenous injections are actually not as difficult as they're made out to be - easiest if you first put on the tourniquet firmly, 5-10cm above the injection site, then you locate a visible and palpable vein, sth like the vena mediana cubiti, palpate it to confirm, desinfect, then insert the canula at a 25-30° angle distally to proximally over the vein into the skin - you can feel once the canula has entered the vein when the resistance gets noticeably lighter, aspirate the syringe a little to make sure you draw non-pulsating blood, then take off the tourniquet, slowly and carefully inject the liquid - stop if it starts to hurt or you can see paraversal swelling - until the syringe is empty - (don't flush, that's a stupid thing quite a few iv drug users do for some reason), then pull it out, immediately press on it with cloth, then put on a plaster and all is yay :3

Cusco is a city full of tourists as it is closest to Mach Picchu. That means price will be higher cause seller exactly knows what's he risking. Cities like Cusco are full of police and i do not recommend looking for N over there. There is plenty of cities which are not common for tourists. Price is not hight, if this was price for 4 bottles then it means 400 soles for bottle. It is 60 dollars per bottle. Those people are taking huge risk by selling it to foreigners so in my opinion price is not high. Sorry, but it is not a thing where you can try to save.

There is no need for injection.

Found a way to easily open them. I had to go to a drugstore and buy some special scissors.

I have opened them with normal nail scissors. Cheap ones. You can open it with knife as well. Nothing complicated, do not need any "special" scissors.

Actually He is correct. Obviously by posting an exact location or phone number You are basicly making source unavailable anymore. You have to understand that this site is constantly being observed by authorities. Beside making source unavailable you are creating a HUGE danger for a source. It is classified as drug class A if police in Peru will find out that seller sold it with knowledge that a foreigner will CTB then he is facing murder charges. It is South America people!!!!!!!! There is no sentemced orders, no community orders, no rich lawyers, there is only hard prison where you will die. So this is what you doing by posting a source. This seller is probably already in prison and his family is without money to live. Those oeople are making huge risk be selling it because they are poor, but you still got issues that is too expensive.....

It's not considered a dangerous drug afaik, it's sort of a regulated medicine, you need some sort of license to buy it or none at all if you know where to look. What I mean by 19 is that outside from big cities like Lima or Cusco, most people don't know it can be used to die easily. That's why it's not as regulated.

Mate, i have been there, i get it i decide not to use it. I was lucky to have a contact in Lima, but ownestly even without it i would find it. I meet some people in Huacachina who could get it from Ica or Pisco. I agree that is better to look in smaller cities. But it is classified as drug class A at least when they will catch You on airport with that. I was talking a lot with my guy in Lima and according to him if police wiould find a connection betwen dead tourist and him as a supplier then he is facing life in prison. Why would he lie?
