Idk how to explain it but ever since i stepped foot out of the psych ward ive been innately scared and aware of just how real this life is, like i just woke up out of the bad dream. Im terrified to sleep in my own bed right now. Can anyone relate to this feeling of being lost, scared and empty but seemingly more at peace with the concept of dying all together?
