Venting I feel really alone

Everything sucks more than always. The people that made me more hopeful left with time and in some cases I even know why. I wish to ctb but I am disabled and dependant of others, I haven't got enough freedom to do it. I can't abandon life and I can't stand living it anymore. I am really sad and just venting.
