I feel ready for the end

I feel ready for it but don't know how it's going to happen,I think the thought of eternal sleep is very appealing,my mind is gone and my body is broken,tired of the hurt,the pain and the meaningless monotony of it all xx

I can't speak for you only myself but it's only emotions making me sad about it. If I use my brain everything is telling me it's the sensible thing to do. I have a million reasons and the chance of being able to do anything about any of them are slim to none. My mental health issue is that I'm not stupid
