my life has been progressively getting worse and worse, my mental health is going downhill I have professional help but it's worst than when I didn't have. my dad hates me, my mom can't help me, my siblings are selfish arrogant assholes and my friends hate me. I push everyone away and the ones I don't just ends up being the worst people ever I don't know what to do to get better, my psychologist said that I don't really want to die, only when I have crisis and I think he's right, I don't want to die I just want the pain to be over. I don't know what to do, I can't live miserably like this anymore but Im too much of a pussy to kill myself, I don't want to go to the pysch ward again bc the one that my health care covers sucks and I've been there and it was traumatizing. no one can help me and no one cares anyways.
