Venting I feel like it never stops

I feel like the pain, never stops, no matter what I try, no matter how much therapy I go to, no matter how much I want to get better it's like I can't I just can't do it anymore. I'm tired of trying for something that I can't achieve. The meds are never working and I haven't slept in days. I just don't know what to do well, I do know what to do, but. I don't know what's holding me back.

Knowing what you should be doing but feeling like it's impossible to do it is hell. Hope we can all get out of this loop one day. I'm sorry for the lack of advice.
