Discussion I feel like I'm getting traumatized every day just from living

I am not minimizing traumatizing events. I have two instances of sexual assault and heavy trauma from my childhood. However, lately it feels like just getting through a single day is so unbearably painful and straight up torture that it feels like I'm getting traumatized. It's so bad that I'm losing access to memories of a few days ago because it's so painful to recall anything.

Does anyone feel something similar?

It is like my brain is censoring stuff like 'they were just retarded' or 'you deserved it' instead of the intentional meaningless undeserved torture that it was. I have to literally concentrate go dig in my memories and refute the false memories

Yes, I have a very traumatic past, diagnosed with CPTSD. But the feeling of being stuck between life and death everyday, is the biggest trauma of all. It's so difficult to comprehend, it makes me dissociate whole day.

Yeah, it's interesting that suicide is labeled as self-harm, when in reality, it's living that often feels the most harmful.
