I have a feeling this is because I stopped taking my Prozac cold turkey, but I have this feeling that I'm dying.

I feel like I'm going to faint at any second. I'm so dizzy. My body feels weak. I feel nauseous at all times. My head feels fuzzy. My stomach is turning. My heart feels like it's slowing down. It feels wrong to be alive. I feel so sick, but I know I'm healthy.

I live in America and don't have health insurance. I have no job. I cannot go to the doctors. I'm self aware enough to know that this is all psychological, but it doesn't make the pain any less hurtful to deal with.

Has anyone felt like this? How have you dealt with it?

I don't think it's just in your head.

Coming off medication without medical advice can be very dangerous.

I'd speak to a doctor before just stopping cold turkey.

Hey, I did little research about the supplements recomended:

"Among the suggestions are omega-3 fatty acids (I find a higher ratio of EPA/DHA is best, like this one by OmegaBrite), glutathione, magnesium, 5-HTP or L-tryptophan, vitamin B complex, L-tyrosine or L-phenylalanine, Himalayan salt, gamma aminobutyric acid (GABA), and S-adenosylmethionine (SAMe). Amino acids, especially L-theanine, and lots of vitamin C have also helped me."

You don't nessesarily have to spent lot's of money to get those. Just eat some eggs, sunflower seeds and wallnuts, and make some black tea. And perhaps kale for vitamin c.

I learned the hard way about stopping meds cold turkey. I even researched to make sure I wouldn't have any side effects, but I didn't research thorough enough. I went through 2 months of hell thinking partly I was going crazy and partly I was dying with all these weird symptoms and then it hit me what it may be. So when I did further research I found every si gel symptom I was having was from withdrawal of this nausea med I have been on like 10 years. I took one and literally felt better by the next day. So maybe a taper would be better.
