Venting I feel like absolute shit.

I keep telling myself I want to kill myself, but I don't, I don't even have the energy to buy a rope...
I can't motivate myself to do anything and just want to cease to exist.

My depression was once so bad that I only went to the toilet every two days and showered every two weeks.
I shower regularly now, I just wanted to say that for some people it can be really hard to do the simplest things.
I have also failed at suicide more than 10 times.

I don't think this is anything to brag about but glad to know I am not the only one who has failed to cbt 10+ times lol
