Help I feel dull.. what is this feeling

Ive been feeling really dull

I don't find anything fun

I get impulsive to do dumb things or impulsive to just be super productive and not waste time

I was injecting needles into my stomach since this feeling is terrible and I wanted a kick

now im stuck dull and in stomach pain

+ the placebo effect is making me feel like I punctured an organ​
