i actually learnt to do a slipknot last night practised under covers with phone torch little by little brought my supplies and applied it together over an hour or two so not suspisious i padded underneath with long sock i used long pastic spoon to twist tight i lent head back i did not pass out i had 2 lorezepam that night was hitting me and i fell asleep at some point nurse woke me for meds i forgot it was round my neck the covers stayed it being seen wtf at least that happened sheer dumb fucking luck they didnt see it
acheived in some ways as knot was learnt and appliying method under watch but failed in ultimate way obviously im not dead will i get better with practise now i learnt the knot
