• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Vets most likely do. But N can't be easily accessed by doctors.

I did have a very brief dalliance, perhaps 2 years ago, with the idea of undertaking the necessary study to become a veterinary nurse, primarily to get access to N. Laziness of course prevailed, because that's really playing the very unnecessarily long game. Not to mention that going back to study would probably be what killed me, rather than the access to the N itself. I did always wonder, though, what suicide rates were amongst vets compared to other professions, and what percentage of those suicides would have been from N. I don't think there's really anyone tracking that, of course, but it would have been interesting to know, I guess. Being a vet is in itself likely to be a horrifically depressing job. Seeing so many sick and suffering animals every single day … It's really for the best that I never made any attempt to actually apply for vet nursing study. My heart would be more broken than it already is.

I believe vets will use N if they think about suicide. In Japan, while general Japanese citizens have no access to guns, suicidal police officers or Self Defence Force servicemen or Yakuza gangsters shoot themselves.

Yeah gotta think suicide rates of vets must be pretty high.. considering they can basically die anytime they want

The suicide rate among anesthesiologists is quite high, and they have access to a lot of drugs.

It's profound. I have so many friends working in medicine and veterinary. None of them probably know about my desire to ctb and I don't plan on telling them obviously. I did once wished to become a doctor or a vet when I was younger.

There's a vet place that seems... break-in-able.

Problem is idk where they store N and they definitely have cameras.

So close, yet so far lol.

One of my aunts is a vet, and I know where she stores the substances used for euthanizing pets. And, obviously, there's no way for me to get it without causing trouble to her. So close, yet so far, yeah 🙃

I understand as I also wish for Nembutal, all I want is to never suffer in this cruel, torturous existence ever again and I see so much cruelty in how the option of Nembutal is denied with the suffering and torture of existing seen as to force and prolong no matter what, it's just all so dreadful, all I want is peace from the abomination of existence and the fact that humans cannot access the option to painlessly cease existing even know this existence was so tragically imposed is a crime to me.
