Help I don't want my friend to suffer for me

I have a friend who's a really amazing friend, knows I've wanted to ctb and has been trying to help, he's a really great guy and I know it hurts him to watch me suffer, and know there isn't much he can do to help. He knows it's a current problem so I can't just act like it's gone away, anything to do so he doesn't have to suffer for me? Anything will help.

unfortunately i dont know if there's anything that can be done to prevent the way he feels. i think my best advice is to be there as much as you can for him while you can
