Venting I don't really know what to do anymore

I have managed to exist longer than I thought this year. I was approved for Medicaid after fighting to get approved but my doctor of the past few years doesn't take it so I haven't been to one in person in a while but my most important medications have been getting auto-filled anyway. I still feel stuck in place just with less urgency since I still can get some of my meds. Floating through the days. I'm going to be going through a huge life changing event soon (vague to keep some privacy) and it's scary. I'll have to go through the process of fighting to survive again. Still want to die but have no real way of achieving it. My future is way uncertain and it scares me. Will have to see where I end up again...

Firstly, I am happy for you that you got approved for Medicaid! I am sending you my love and I hope that you get better soon I also hope you can find a doctor that takes your insurance, I understand how frustrating that can be.
