i feel so numb and so lazy i dont know how im gonna do this. Theres nothing stopping me but im so sleepy. I know once i do it i can sleep forever but im so tired and exhausted i just wanna sleep. Im too tired to just get the stool in position or tie the anchor knot.

Then do it another day. Sleep longer than usual maybe walk around in the sun a bit and then do what you have to do once you're not as sleepy. You have all the time in the world to prepare. This is a once in a lifetime thing don't rush it. I need a couple of years to finalize my plan too.
