i want to tell how i'm feeling. but i can't. i try to, but i immediately stop.i can't tell you why. i immediately redact what i want to say. i want help.

seems you might be afraid of how you'll be received opening up.
have you tried just writing it not to show anyone? maybe practicing simply getting it out of you for starters.
