I feel like an observer my whole life with no typical human desires or emotions like a ghost in a body. What a nightmare. I've tried tons of medical treatments and nothing has helped even a bit.
Nothing helped my autoimmune like illness either, I only managed to stabilize it to a small degree. I can't date or anything and don't see the point of living the rest of my life alone after losing my youth to this nightmare.
