• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I completed trauma therapy and it seemed like it helped, but it is definitely not a cure all thing. I wish there was something that would cure everything. Only thing I feel that would cure all is CTB. Before I do that, I have some loose ends to tie. Has anyone else done trauma therapy and feel the same way or is it just me?

I feel this, I completed my block of EMDR a few months ago, and don't get me wrong it really did help me in so many ways, but everything still happened. The memories and feelings are still there, my life is still shit and I still have to rebuild who I am. It really feels like CBT is the only way to truly escape trauma at this point

I've been in therapy for some time now. Trauma therapy, but not EMDR (unfortunately). It helps me in general, but I never talk about CTB. So my attitude towards it hasn't changed in therapy. I wish there was something that could really chance me from the inside out, but it really doesnt exist.

I understand you...
