I can't recommend it, I tried it in the past, besides the fact that once the bag is over your head a sort of panic grips you, if you manage to ignore it and tape it to your neck it'll be genuinely excruciating, I had to work fast n tape 3 bags over each other on my head and tie my hands behind my back, which was actually extremely hard to do, I survived it because I was in so much pain that I bit through the plastic while convulsing on the floor
It also just looks absolutely fucking horrid when your body is found, like some execution of sorts

I don't think it's a good method but I wonder if it would work with :

1. Taped mouth (for not bite the bag)
2. Bag strongly fixed with zip tie
3. Hands attached with zip tie too
