You're not the only one. I've had nights, actually weeks, like that too, where the tears just keep coming and I can't shut them off no matter what. Feels like everything's pouring out at once, and it's scary how intense it gets. It is usually best to just let it happen and not try to fight it. Sometimes the dam just breaks. You will feel better afterwards.

You're definitely not alone. Some days something will remind me of a painful memory and the tears just refuse to stop.
