I understand how you feel. All that I want is to be gone, I have never wanted to be here at all but the difficulty of ctb keeps me here. If only there was an option to just never wake again, I'm sure that many of us would take it. I'm sorry that you are in this situation, life is just too cruel. I wish you relief.

You need to explore why a part of you wants to leave and another doesn't. The usual reason for this to happen is that what we actually want is a better life, not to end it. As long as your brain thinks there are chances of improving your life, you probably won't really want to end it...

Yeah same. I want to die but I'm scared to do it, but I don't want to suffer anymore. I will try to ctb in December.

i'll speak generally to you and OP.
not to be a pro-lifer, but if there's even a part of you that's hesitant to ctb (being scared, for example) then please slow down and consider it extremely carefully. you can always do it later if you change your mind, but the last thing you want is to be halfway through your attempt only to realize that it isn't what you want after all. and no matter which way you choose, i and the rest of the community will support you & your choice
to answer your question: yes, it will be painful - if you survive the fall. you'll have numerous injuries and run the risk of some of those being permanent.
