I think jumping off is the best,but you have to reach a high enough floor,otherwise you might not die instantly.

maybe jump off a really high bridge into water? theres many places with crazy high bridges if u can travel. otherwise probably jump cause drowning is miserable no matter what (except maybe the bathtub blackout thing if done right), but with jumping youll probably be unconscious, so less pain
