Venting i cannot fucking endure this much longer

I am so sick, so fucking sick. My digestive system is totally fucked, it doesn't work right, it causes me constant fucking pain, I feel like I'm going to have diarrhea all the time, I am borderline incontinent, the doctors can't fucking help me, my counselor tells me to accept living like this, fuck him i hope he gets this condition too so he knows it's not something you can fucking accept or live with, no one can help me, I'm fucking dying and no one can help me, fuck this all, i need it to be fucking over fuck fuck fuck fuck oh my fuicmking god make it fuckijg stoooop

It's so horrible to me how there's all this suffering in existing, personally I find it so cruel how people are expected to suffer no matter what even if they are tortured in extreme agony. But anyway best wishes, I hope you find the relief you search for.

It's the worst when they tell you that you have to accept living like this. Like wtf. Why are some strangers deciding what quality of life I am supposed to be ok with? They're not living my life, I am. They're not the ones having to suffer, I am. So why do they get to decide?
