• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I havent moved much in the last week and im getting scared. Like,, my legs are sore from yesterday after walking up a flight of stairs i think? I took a walk to the store but the only movement that could've made these specific parts of my legs sore is literally just walking up a flight of stairs from the living room to my room

How sedentary are you exactly? Are you eating well?

Sorry you are feeling this way.
It's only natural for the body to react this way during sedentary periods.
I'm currently bedridden with chronic depression, yet have to do a short stretching routine several times a day, because if I don't, my whole body becomes painful.
Hopefully it may work for you too.
