so i have 2 pounds of SN. how much do i need to take? is there a guide on how much? i'm a bit confused about all of it. how do i measure it? do i just take the entire thing? please help

You've got more than enough. 2 pounds of SN would be enough for CTB for least 45 people. You only need 20 or 25g and the best way to measure is to use a digital scale.
