Venting i am so fucking dissociated

the room is fucking spinning and has been for the past hour
i am so dissociated i can't focus on anything
i keep getting confused on who i am messaging
i can't keep track of any conversation
i relapsed on sh just to try and ground myself and it breifly worked but everything is spinning again
my head is screaming at me
its so loud
i hate this
i just want to be normal
