There's shit going on with my stomach, my head hurts all the time, I'm dizzy and tired, my heart is beating so fast. I'm so tired and sad. The doctors aren't much help, you have to wait so long for the appointments and even then they don't help much. It's been bad for 2 years and recently it has gotten so much worse

That weekend I tried to be very gentle with my stomach drinking mostly milk. After the weekend, I tried drinking diet Coke again and the pain returned almost instantly. Since then avoiding caffeine has prevented a re-occurrence.
Being tired could be a deficiency or iron. Do you take an occasional vitamin with minerals?
Sometimes a head can hurt from high blood pressure that can be aggravated by too much salt in the diet.
