am I my own worst enemy because I genuinely hate myself at my own volition?
orrrrrrrrrrrrr am I my own worst enemy because quite literally every fucking aspect of my identity has been ridiculed, picked apart, dismissed, dehumanized, and weaponized against me for pretty much the past 25 years of my life?
as if I was trained and programmed by various environments to hate shit about myself I couldn't control or change.
people of all age ranges, genders, ethnicities contributed to this shit but I have to foot the bill for the damage barely done by my own hands???
this is literally like when bullies do that "why are you hitting yourself? why are you hitting yourself? why are you hitting yourself?" bullshit.
I guess when the pathetic punching bag is tired of being punched….that makes them the problem.
