Hello. I'm a transgender woman from Russia. I need help. Living in a country that has banned transition and openly promotes transphobia is unbearable. But I also have nowhere to go—many countries are closed to me due to sanctions.

I'd like to ask the members of this forum for help: Is anyone here from the EU? Anyone like me struggling with constant suicidal thoughts? Perhaps we could help each other. Start by talking, and then you can help me move to your country. As far as I know, the situation with trans rights in EU countries is much better than in Russia. I'm a very tactile person; I love caring for others. I know how to work and provide for myself. I think it would be easier for two people to fight for our rights and improve our mental health...

I'm also a trans person living in the UK. I really feel for you, it must be difficult living in Russia. I cannot help with being able to move but I'm happy to talk here if you need someone to listen
