I want to kill myself
I want to stab myself in the throat
Someone tell me I'm going to be pla, someone tell me I will live to old age and be okay and that my life isn't over

Please please I need to calm down
I'm on medication why do I feel like this please help me

listen to some music that you like and eat some tasty food and just relax for a bit..
