Resource I am going to CTB next week. I have SN and AE but no benzos. What do I need to know?

I am looking all over but I can't find the guide to how much SN to mix, when to start fasting, etc. Can someone please link me to it.

It's weird. I haven't cried yet. I am sure I will at the time. Can I do this without benzos? I don't have SI. My life is over. There is nothing to survive.
