I had a relapse and came back here. I feel so depressed and alone. I've tried several times to end my suffering, but something always stops me.

But I never manage it because I keep thinking about leaving my mom and younger sister alone. I feel awful; I just want to end my stress and pain.

It's okay to be on here we all are here for eachother, there's no shame in what you say here. Its honestly a good thing since just putting your thoughts down will help you understand yourself better, and make the best decisions for yourself!
