how would one go about unaliving oneself?

what is the easiest and most painless way to do it?
i know this is probably the most generic question on here, but i havent been able to find any answers other than its rlly hard and if it was easier we all wouldve done it.

The best thing to do is go to the top of the suicide discussion page and download the 2022 Peaceful Pill Handbook. That is the best resource for methods.

N is usually seen as the most peaceful and easiest method. Information is in the handbook but supply from the only easy source is out until further notice this summer. What is actually the most peaceful is arguable. I suppose gunshot done well could be argued as more peaceful. Method of choice comes down partly to personal preference.

Ctb really is so difficult, I think that if it was easier to leave I would already be gone. There is nothing easy about suicide to me. The fear of failure is what holds me back from attempting. All that I plan to do is do research on my chosen method when I get very desperate. It is such a cruel and unfair world we live in where our right to die is not respected and we are expected to suffer for decades. I wish you the best in whatever you decide to do.

There are plenty of resources on this website that give you information on each method listed. The method always varies from person to person.

The best way is to get hold of N. If quick and painless is what you want then you wont get better. Trouble is it's hard to come by, SN is more readily available but again not easy. Ultimately it's a choice you need to research. Planned and methodical as above but more pain can mean more violent options being looked at. Do some research the final exit books and see what sticks out.

me too.. i understand you. it would be my greatest nightmare to survive an unaliving attempt and to be disabled or bound to a hospital bed. i want full confidence in death. i wish u luck too and sending much love!

Chronic depression has high suicidality. Because its exhausting.

Global supply shortage. Manufacturers are set to have it back up this year from what I heard.
