As in, if I want to die so bad, it should follow, I don't care what people around me think, especially low value people, like my family, or general pedestriants/

Ho do I harness my disgust for others into something more enjoyable than suicide plans, or fantasizing about killing people around me?

There can be a liberating element to thinking about suicide. Seeing a possible disconnection from people, circumstances, and even past mistakes can be freeing. This disconnection can be such that the force one feels compelling them towards suicide also diminishes.

What changes is how one thinks. We can become so narrow in focus that we almost become prisoners in a fixed way of thinking. Being able to consider alternatives can be a way out of that prison.

It becomes easier to let go of that which would strangle us if we can start thinking about what we would like to build our new life into.
