First Of All Thank You For Taking Me Under Your Wing & Understanding My Reasons & Choice For Peace
So To Update You My Chosen Method To ctb Is SN Which Is On The Way I Have Cimetidine I Have Propanol. I Have Clonazepam For Benzodiazepines These Tablets I Use On A Daily Basis But I Don't Have Meto. That AE I Feel Will Definitely Prevent Me Vomiting
As I Have Read In Many Successful ctb

But How To Get It First And For Most I Tried My Doctor But Because I Have Migraines & Stomach Inflammation For Which I Take Other Tablets He Refused

So Now This Leaves Me With No Meto And Trust Me All The Other OTC & Other AE's I Have Used Still Cause Me To Puke

I Know I Can Just Not Use Meto Or Any AE & Just Vomit Than Drink More Glasses But I Want This Attempt To Be Successful & For Me To Exit Peacefully Away

So Please Kind Friends Any Help On Getting Meto Definitely In The UK Please PM Me

I can only think that you could tell your doctor that the pills he prescribed you are no longer working you would like to switch to meto. If you need an RX.

What is your problem? It's not so easy to get certain drugs for certain methods. Not everyone is from the same country and varying places and ailments can prove difficult for many acquiring what they need/want. Try to be understanding.

I managed to get domperidone in the mail from some place online. I didn't think they were sending it but it arrived like two months later. So now I have all I need. Kinda wanted a scale to make sure I measure the SN correctly.

Take an antiemetic like meto. Fast for 8 hours before you ingest the SN. Even then, however, the chance still remains that you could vomit. A lot of people recommend preparing an additional glass of the SN mixture ahead of time just in case

I agree with this, sometimes they refuse to begin with but with a little bit (or a lot!) of persistence and perseverance you might persuade him to change his mind. Worth a try, you've nothing to lose!
Tell him your migraines have been bad enough to make you vomit regularly and you can't carry on like this, and you tried metoclopramide in the past and found it helpful. Tell him you are unable to keep down your other meds because of the vomiting.... he then has a duty to help as it would be negligent to send you back out the door believing you're not absorbing your medication

Unfortunately meto is your best bet. Each person's body handles SN differently. In the end we are consuming poison, so vomiting isn't surprising. Having back up drinks ready is another tactic. You Just need as much saturation as possible before it comes back out.

Oh, and look for online pharmacies some will sell meto with no prescription.

One point to note is that if you follow Stan's guide, the rate of success is extremely high even without an Anti-emetic. A lot of people vomit and are still successful. If you fast for long enough, and follow the regimine, vomiting is less likely anyway, and vomiting quickly enough to lead to a failed attempt is still unlikely. I've only seen a couple of threads where the user has claimed to have failed without having called authorities or been found, and on both occasions the user's story has seemed a little off and many have questioned their credibility.

I can see why you want to get anti-emetics, just saying that it isn't necessarily essential. I'll probably get them if I decide to CTB, and if I find them easy enough to get, but I would still attempt it without them, personally.
