Help How to stop seizures from partial

I keep trying to partial hang, but I wake up every time due to seizures, I shake a shit ton my body tenses up, how do I fix this any help would be appreciated

Simple, go full. Its final and escape / SI is futile (if you're sensible with your setup). Would you gamble on gaining a slightly more peaceful death for the risk of living out the rest of your life in an even harsher state of reality? I wouldn't.
