Help How to stop hallucinations

Okay this is going to be a shortish post because I have no where to post this without some person up my ass speaking about "don't do it get actual help", do any of you know of any medicine I can access for hallucinations that are either over the counter or from someone, I think you all know what I mean by 'medicine' I just don't want this post to be flagged up.

I have both auditory and visual hallucinations they are making my life miserable and depressing I just want them gone and I don't want to go to some stupid hospital to get stuff to get them to go away just please help me save me
