Help How to stay calm after SN

How do you stay calm after you ingested SN?

I have benzo's but I am worried my anxiety will cause me to panic and call for help.

Are there any things I could do to distract myself from that?

i was feeling like you but after reading this and other goodbye threads the other day and i felt better about it. The person was watching a show they liked and seemed very chill. you should play some music or watch your favorite show
