You'll have to check but I think I've seen people suggest propranolol as the antiemetic to use and that was easily obtained for me from my GP for treatment of anxiety… but my GP has been useless at helping me or prescribing me anything that works for any of my problems so idk how reliable that will be for you and whether your GP would prescribe it to you for the same reason.

Propranolol is not an AE. It's a beta blocker used in the SN regimen

I know it's not an AE but I thought I'd seen that it can be used as a substitute and actually works better for the purpose than traditional AEs. It must've been something else, my bad!

I know one online U.K. pharmacy I'll have a look and if they have what you're looking for I'll PM you the link.

Pretty sure buccastem (Prochloperazine) is still OTC in the UK. Only need 2x a dose as its stronger than metoclopramide but it has higher potential for side effects. Not sure on sourcing meto any more but it has the added benefit of speeding up gastric emptying.

The difficulty in obtaining SN & AE's in the UK makes it a bad method imo. Much easier to source H & benzos on the black market.

I've just ordered Prochlorperazine & Metoclopramide within UK for liquid Morf, Xan, Oxy, Cocayn, amatryptaline, Soma + sublingual Fen OD - if I can source decent H ill cut that into the Cocayn also!
