How to say Goodbye?

How do I say I'm sorry for not being able to live with myself? I don't want my girlfriend to hate me and she's the type that will blame herself. I just can't do this anymore. I've lived way longer than I deserved and I am honestly wanting to gash my kids names into my chest, so I think it's time I leave before I end up scaring her.

I'm thinking of leaving her a video, but I want something that is more focused on how proud I am of her and that I'm sorry that I can't be there.

I'd schedule send an email, although that might freak somebody out. A warning note that you scheduled something could decrease this feeling. I actually did something like this, but canceled the scheduled send after the attempt didn't work.

A video is a good idea, but I guess you are asking what to include in it? That's up to you.

if you proud of her then say it, etc
no need to over complicate it just say what you want to say

It's a lot to reiterate but I will try to come back to this post later today. I'm honestly emotionally exhausted at this moment.

Write a note talking about how you feel. Maybe come back to it a few days later and look it over and refine it if you need to.

That being said, we can not control how others think or feel. Your girlfriend is going to feel some way about you killing yourself no matter what you say. While you can explain your reasons and feelings behind your actions, you can not control how she will react to them.
