• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

At this point I think I'm just more comfortable being sad and miserable even though i don't have a legitimate reason. I want to get out of this slump. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do ?

Well, you haven't given much information about your situation to be honest. What have you tried to so far and what are your burdens?

There are many things you might try as an experiment to see if there is anything that might find a responsive spark in you. For example if you consider exercise you might look into tennis, swimming, going to a gym, or even isometrics. You might find social connections through volunteer work. There are all sorts of activities that are less well know such as people who get together for activities as diverse as fishing, amateur radio, stamp collecting, and even public speaking.

You don't have to jump into something and can start small such as making a decision to go outside and walk around the block. Every step you take is one that exercises your sense of control over your life and becomes something you can build on.

A long time ago, I asked myself,

"What am I interested in?"

"What are my passions and hobbies?"

"What places would I like to travel to?"
Etc.

Then I journaled and answered those questions.

From there, I did things everyday that would help align me to the answers of those questions.

Also, when any experience arrived (Ex: A class about an interest, Concert, a road trip, anime convention, bonfire, etc.), I would just say yes.

It's come to the point that I have done majority of what I wanted to do already even before my early 30's. If I die tomorrow, I will be happy knowing I did whatever tf I wanted to when I was alive. Just gotta overcome SI of course lol
