Hello. I hope this is appropriate for this forum. Recently I've relapsed into SH , and currently I live in a rented apartment so I can't leave a mess. But I bleed everywhere. I try to use paper towels or tissues to stop it from getting everywhere but they only work so well. Any tips on how to do this without making a mess ?
